TADIM Fruit & Vegetable Processing and Concentrate Trade & Industry INC. were established in Adana, Turkey as a French-Turkish joint venture in 2002. Starting production in October 2003, TADIM is the first fruit salad exporter of Turkey. TADIM would like to increase its current 12 tons/day salad production capacity within two years and would like to supply the European and Domestic market fruit salad needs. For maximum customer satisfaction Tadım supplies fruit salads that are as delicious as they are economical.

Tadım is located at Adana Haci Sabanci Industrial Park on an 11600m² lot with an enclosed facility of 2300m². Using the latest cooling technologies and highest hygienic conditions, it has 1000m² working and storage space. Additionally, it has 1300m² chilled and filtered-air social facilities.

For Tadım, freshness health safeties are the highest priorities. To ensure this, all production is completed in a very high standard of hygienic conditions at temperatures of 4-6 °C. Total product traceability is guaranteed. Tadım is sensitive to all environmental issues, trying to decrease to the lowest levels possible the usage of unnecessary amounts of incoming goods and therefore extra waste.

In the shortest time, Tadım will be receiving ISO 9001-2000, HACCP and BRC international certificates ensuring Total Quality Management and complete trust.
